8Loft Exlusive Residence, is a sophisticated residence consisting of 8 splendidly restored new apartments in a corner of tranquility, calmness and historic charm in the Santa Croce district, a short distance from Piazzale Roma and easily reachable from the S. Lucia station of Venice. All apartments are located on the ground floor, furnished in a modern style, a comfortable and quiet accommodation in an ideal area for a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and cared for in every detail, suitable for small and medium-sized groups, with a maximum capacity of 32 guests if rented all together. The “8 Loft” residence has apartments of various sizes and with different interior layouts, some have a garden or an exclusive terrace.
